Digesting Life

Life is full of many flavours and textures, colors and tastes spice and blandness.

Can you experience too much,Or take it too far; will you vomit it up, Anxiety explode.

Resting begins the process of Resolution, it transfers the Energy and allows us to expose.

The gaps, holes and humps we cling to each day, preventing our prolific sampling of opportunities on display

Siesta may be a requirement if you wish to begin to digest the moments and remove the pain. That holds us to living some norm that doesn’t exist and leaves us falling and flailing into the abyss.

Life is full of color, when digested it glows, with the light of experience.

Undigested, it’s lumpy, acidic and unpleasant, it creates pain and imbalance, forcing masks; false mask misrepresent.

The blandness of life give the highs greater meaning and instill the desire to create a life of being.

Trusting the process Digestion is about perfect timing. Resting and Playing, Fighting and Resigning.

I choose that my life is filled with morsels of delight, platefuls of Joy and Loving bowls of light.

I am grateful for all there is to digest and I am willing to do so without any regret.

For the most difficult dishes are the most satisfying when the time is taken to challenge each flavour and accent.

When the internalised meal is digested and sorted, it’s nutrients flow, from which life is sequestered,
